Any time you’re worried about your pet — a new lump, an ear infection, a limp, a stomach upset — you bring them in for an exam. Rechecks and follow-ups for any active issue are also included. The only things that aren’t are services from outside our clinic (specialist referrals, ER visits, prescription medications).

VIPP is a one-year plan, paid upfront — unlimited exams plus your pet’s full annual diagnostic workup, all included for 12 months. We don’t auto-renew. When your year is up we send you a friendly note. You decide whether to sign up again. No quiet second-year charges, no gotchas. If you need to leave mid-year: no refunds. The plan is priced as a bundle, not a subscription, so we can’t pro-rate what you’ve already used. But we won’t quietly rebill you next year either.

VIPP isn’t pet insurance — it’s a wellness membership. Pre-existing conditions aren’t excluded. Whatever your pet walks in with, we’ll work to manage it.

Yes. We just ask that you book a 15-minute free consult first so we can answer your questions and confirm VIPP is the right fit. After that, enrollment takes a few minutes and your benefits start at your first appointment.

Each pet enrolls separately at the listed price. We don’t offer a multi-pet discount — instead we keep the per-pet price low so the math is simple. If you have three or more pets, talk to us about a custom arrangement.

VIPP+ slots are capped to protect quality of care and same-day urgent availability. We don’t currently have a waitlist but tier availability can change — book a free consult to confirm.
