Orders ship from the same trusted veterinary suppliers we buy from for our in-clinic stock, sometimes direct from the manufacturer, sometimes from the veterinary distributor, straight to your door. Because it’s our own pharmacy and not a big retail chain, you get manufacturer-guaranteed products at prices we set for our clients, not for shareholders.

How to request a refill.
Once your pet has had their first visit and we’ve established a current prescription, refilling is fast. Pick whichever path works for you.

Log in and request a refill from your pet’s medication list. We review and approve, and you’ll get a confirmation when it ships.
