How to request a refill.

Once your pet has had their first visit and we’ve established a current prescription, refilling is fast. Pick whichever path works for you.

Option 1

Through the Medication Portal

Log into your medication portal (noted below), request the refill from your pet’s medication list, and we’ll review and approve. You’ll get a confirmation when it ships.

Give us a call

Prefer to talk to a human? Call the clinic at 310 776 5544 and our team will start the refill for you.

Option 3

Auto-refill on file

For ongoing medications, we set up auto-refill at your first visit. Monthly reminders go straight to your inbox — just click and confirm.

First time?

New to Paw Priority?

If we haven’t seen your pet yet, we’ll need an exam before we can prescribe or refill medications. This is a state law and protects your pet — we want to know what we’re treating and why.

Why an exam first? California Business & Professions Code requires a valid veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR) before any prescription is issued or refilled. Establishing this only takes one visit, then refills are quick.
