We do not directly bill any pet insurance company. You pay us at the time of service, we provide a fully itemized invoice, and you submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. Most modern plans reimburse quickly.
We do not add charges without discussing them with you first. If we find something during an exam that changes the plan, we call, text, or step out to talk through it before doing anything. No surprises on the invoice.
