You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about and accessing our veterinary services. You may not use the site in any way that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or interferes with site operation.
Not medical advice
Content on this website — including blog posts on The Priority Paw, service descriptions, and chat responses from Rex (our online assistant) — is for general information only. It is not a substitute for an in-person veterinary examination, diagnosis, or treatment. For any urgent concern about your pet, call us at (310) 776-5544 or contact a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital.
Appointments & cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation when possible. No-shows or repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Estimates are written when work exceeds routine scope.
Memberships
VIPP Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Specific benefits, terms, and pricing are described in your membership agreement at sign-up.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Paw Priority, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without our prior written consent.
